Bigfoot's Martian Vacation

Back in January, a bunch of people analysing a panoramic photo taken on Mars by the Spirit Mars rover last year appeared to stumble across the clearest evidence yet for life on Mars. The segment of the photo that contains the evidence is this:
















You can see the figure on the left of the photo. The first thing that comes into your head when you look at it is that it's another photo of the sasquatch (except that this photo was taken on Mars). A zoomed in photo of the figure clearly shows female humanoid features:












If you look carefully, it looks like the head and the extended hand are both a different colour to the rest of the body, and that the figure is sitting side-saddle on the rock. It also looks like a breast below the arm on the chest.

Just as intriguing is the rock at the bottom right of the top photo. There's a shadow on the ground to the left of the rock of something that is behind the rock.


The main problem though is that according to the scale of the original photo, the figure is probably about 5cm high. Is it just a rock? Or is it something else?
