I love Firefox. Not only does it perform so much better than Internet Explorer, but there are a whole bunch of add-ons that you can add to make it even more useful. For example:

Download Helper: Will scan any website you visit for downloadable material like flash videos and embedded music players, and lets you download it from the site onto your computer. For example, not only can you download Youtube videos onto your computer, but you can download music off places like Myspace and Bebo.

All In One Sidebar: Takes several features of Firefox and puts them into a sidebar for easy access. Things like history, download progress, source code, browser information, list of installed add-ons, favourites, and webpage information like where all the links on it go to, the type of encoding it uses, and so on.

Gmail Space: Allows you to use your gmail inbox as an online hard drive.

IE Tab: Opens the webpage as if it was being opened in IE. If a page doesn't open properly in Firefox, you can use this to make the page think its being opened in IE.

And the one that competes with Download Helper for being my favourite: Adblock Plus. It blocks every single ad on every single website you go to. It doesn't just stop them from being displayed, it stops the website from even downloading them in the first place. If you find an ad that it doesn't block, you can right click it and block it. It won't just block that ad, but every other ad that uses the same address.

Firefox is so handy.

Last night I was at the scene of a car accident. I've never been at a car accident before. It was out on West Rd on the way to Clevedon. A car had spun out and slid off the road and over a bank and down the other side. At the top of the bank it had hit a small tree side on, which probably spun it 180 degrees in mid air before it hit the ground down the other side of the bank, amongst a whole lot of trees.

There were 3 people inside, and they were fine! They were able to walk away completely shaken, but not too hurt. They are SO lucky. When the car went over the bank, it was only about half a metre from a power pole. If it had hit the power pole it would have been goodbye to at least one of the people in the car. We spent about an hour and a half on the side of the road waiting for a tow truck. Certainly not how I thought I was going to be spending my night!
