Alien Invasion
I figured out why my limewire won't connect. Windows XP sp2 has a limit on the number of TCP/IP connection attempts that can be made simultaneously or something. It's limited to only 10. As a result P2P programs are drastically slowed down to almost zero.
Why it only started affecting Limewire on my computer only a week or two ago beats me.
Does anyone know a way to fix it or reduce other programs that could be hogging the list?

Anyway, the Peruvians have been having their fair share of problems too. On September 15, sometime in the evening in Peru, a meteorite hit the ground near the village of Carancas. A photo of the crater can be seen here. Shortly after, over 600 villagers became sick, with symptoms including skin injuries, nausea, vomiting, headaches and diarrhea. Some health officers who arrived on September 18th also became sick. What's more, livestock near the crater started dying.
The impact has been described as "unusual" because eyewitnesses stated that water in the crater was boiling for about 10 minutes after the impact, and that the meteorite was glowing. This is unusual because the part of the meteorite that reaches the surface is usually cool, because the outer layers have been burnt and stripped away as the meteor plunged through the atmosphere. Scientists reckon the meteor was about 3m in diameter when it entered the atmosphere.
The mysterious illness has been linked with the meteor. Locals said that the illnesses began shortly after they touched the meteorite, and health officials stated that the fumes coming from the crater were making people sick. Radiation has been ruled out as a source of the illness.
The symptoms could have been caused by exposure to sulphur or arsenic, however it is highly unusual because meteors don't give off gases as they are simply rock or ice.
Other theories include that it was some sort of geothermal activity (which doesn't explain the fireball that was seen) or that it was a missile.
A meteor lands and suddenly everyone nearby comes down with a mysterious illness . . . .
Hmmmmm . . . . .

Just use torrents. Way better. I use uTorrent with Mininova. If you want your show try using the keyword 'eztv' as well cos they've got the best quality and a good number of people download their files.
