It is (was) 3 seconds past 1:02am. That second, was a historical moment!
It was 01:02:03 on 04/05/06. The six numbers that make up the full time and date, for a second there, counted from 1 to 6.

That will never ever happen again! It isn't just like a millenium change (which people thought was big) - this is far bigger! That line up of the time and date can only ever happen twice for all time, and you are witness to the capture of the second (and last) time!
